What happen in Music Therapy Sessions?
You are free to use music however you like in therapy.
You are free to talk about anything you want in therapy.
Therapy take place at the same time on the same day each week.
A variety of music instruments and arts materials are accessible during the therapy. You are free to use them however you like.
You do not need musical skills in order to be in music therapy
