What happen in Music Therapy Sessions?
Music therapy is tailored based on each individual's needs.
The therapist and you will improvise pieces of music together using the instruments, voices, or both.
Sessions take place at the same time on the same day each week.
Instruments will be provided in face-to-face session.
There is no limit to how you play the instruments and how you create pieces of music. You do not need musical skills in order to be in music therapy
Sessions can last between 30-50minutes depending on each individual's needs.
